About Günyüzü
Hello everyone!
I was born in 1994, Ankara. My interest and curiosity about food started when I was a child. I was very exiciting about baking cookies and cakes, especially when I was alone at home. Even though my focus was on music in high school, my passion for food predominated and I choose gastronomy and culinary arts department for university, That was to first step for my gastronomy adventure, which started at Yeditepe University with full scholarship. After 3 years in İstanbul, I decided taking a break from education and started work as a cook at several different places. After all, it wasn't necessary to have a diploma in order to be a cook :) I moved at Datça permanently in 2020, for escaping the traffic of school and work life after I spent in Istanbul for 8 years. Now I am in the heart of nature, in my small humble house which is inside of the tangerine garden, in my own kitchen, in pursuit of my tastes, smells, curiosities and creativity.
